Sage Support
We're here to help.
Sage is an Organization Engine: it draws on the real context of your life to clear the noise and help you be where your feet are. In practice that's your to‑dos, calendar, email, news, weather, sports, goals, and a built‑in assistant (Ivy) in one calm daily view — on the web and on iOS.

Common questions
- How do I sign in? Sage requires a free account. Open the app and tap Log In, or Create an account to make one. While Sage is in invite‑only testing, making a new account also needs an access code — email us and we will send you one.
- How do I add a task quickly? Use the Quick Add bar, say "Quick add in Sage" to Siri, use the Home or Lock Screen widget, or share text or a link from another app into Sage.
- How do I choose what shows on my Home screen? Tap Customize on the Home screen to turn cards on or off and reorder them.
- How do I connect my calendar and email? Connect Google or Outlook from your Sage account settings on the web at sageoe.com; your data then appears in the app.
- How do I delete my account? On the web, Settings → General → Account → Delete my account; on iOS, Settings → Account → Delete account. It asks for your password, then removes your account and its data permanently and cancels a web subscription in the same step. If your subscription came from the App Store, cancel it with Apple first (Settings → your name → Subscriptions) — Sage cannot cancel an Apple subscription, and it will not delete an account while one is live. Email us if you would rather we did it for you.
- How do I change the email address on my account? On the web at sageoe.com: Settings → General → Account → Change email. There is no way to change it in the iOS app yet, so it has to be done on the web. Password resets and receipts go to that address, so it is worth checking it is right.
- How do I cancel a subscription? On the web, Settings → General → Your plan → Manage billing. If you subscribed in the iOS app, only Apple can cancel it: Settings → your name → Subscriptions. See our Terms for renewals and refunds.
